Pick-Up Policy

At Fresh Shroomies, we strive to ensure that your orders are carefully handled and shipped to you in a timely manner. We use eco-friendly packaging to minimize our environmental impact. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience.

Missed Pickup Policy 

We do not offer refunds for missed pickups or mishandling after delivery.

If you’re unable to make your scheduled pickup, please call us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to arrange a new pickup time.

Because our mushrooms are fresh and perishable, timely pickups are essential to maintain quality.

Fresh Produce:

We take pride in delivering the highest-quality mushrooms. Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, all sales are final.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or not up to our usual standards, please check products during delivery or pickup. We’ll gladly offer a replacement!

Fresh Shroomies Class:

We understand that life happens! Here's how we handle cancellations and weather-related changes for our classes:

Cancellations by You:

 

  • If you cancel at least 48 hours before the class, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class are non-refundable, but we may offer a reschedule on a case-by-case basis.

No-Shows:

 

  • If you miss class without prior notice, we’re unable to offer a refund or reschedule.

Weather Policy:

 

  • In the event of severe weather, Fresh Shroomies may reschedule the class for safety. All registered participants will be notified promptly and given the option to attend the new date or receive a full refund.
